One of my coworkers is having problems signing in or needs a password reset. How can I help them?

Authentication is not required to open a ticket. Please direct them to open a ticket at: Support Center | My Area | Submit a Ticket (age.solutions). They can provide a personal email address as their contact information until we get their issue resolved. In cases where a password reset is requested, we will request information to authenticate that a requestor is who they say they are.

Please do not open tickets on another employee's behalf.
