Printing at AGE Headquarters

Introduction

It's never been easier to add a printer and get the job done than with Universal Print! It's seamless, simple, and requires NO downloads. This allows users to connect to and use an AGE-configured printer from anywhere with an internet connection. 



Instructions

  1. Open Settings from the Windows search bar.
  2. In the left pane, select 'Bluetooth & devices'.
  3. From the menu, select 'Printers & scanners'.
  4. Click  next to 'Add a printer or scanner'.
  5. When prompted to with the 'Show printers and scanners associated with my' dropdown menu, select 'Work or school'.
  6. Now, simply click 'Add device' next to the desired printer and print away.
  7. If the desired printer does not show right away you may need to narrow results based on location, for this please click  and use the location notes to pinpoint the correct printer.

If printing is unavailable or another issue surfaces, please open a support ticket!
